Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is within Germany. and to the following countries : Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary .

Shipping is excluded to the following islands: Canary Islands (Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, La Palma, La Gomera, El Hierro), Balearic Islands (Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera), Azores, Madeira, Faroe Islands, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey .

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

The minimum order value is €29.00.
For orders between €29.00 and €98.99, we charge €3.90 shipping costs including VAT per order.
We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €99.00.
Deliveries abroad :

We calculate shipping costs abroad based on the order value (gross merchandise value):

Shipping costs abroad depend on the order value and the delivery country and are displayed to the customer before the order is completed.

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding) abroad, we calculate as follows:
The costs for shipping by freight forwarding are calculated individually and communicated to the customer separately before the conclusion of the contract.

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes 3-7 working days, and for deliveries abroad, 5-10 working days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

The minimum order value is: €29.
