The Advanced Acoustic series thus ushers in a new generation of acoustic guitars and promises players an inspiring, modern musical experience.

The low-oval neck made of okoume facilitates relaxed chord playing, while the maple fingerboard emphasizes clear highs and present mids. A solid Sitka spruce top provides enormous tonal range—from shimmering highs to precise mids to a full-sounding bass foundation. Flamed maple sides and back complement this richness with bright, tight tones and an appealing, eye-catching look. Natural sound transmission is ensured by the Ibanez T-Bar undersaddle pickup, supported by the AEQ-TP2 preamp with integrated tuner and 2-band EQ. A maple bridge and practical Ibanez Advantage™ pins improve resonance, handling, and tuning stability.

Special design features add further accents: the innovative A.I.R.port directs sound waves so that players can better perceive their own playing. The newly developed Grand Dreadnought body produces more volume, stronger lows, and an overall richer sound—while remaining surprisingly comfortable to play. The carefully tuned X-M bracing construction optimizes vibration transfer, assertiveness, and dynamics, while the functional, tapered headstock ensures lower weight and stable, straight string action.
