The Soleá Line Cajon features two groupings of four pre-tuned metal micro-coiled Cajon strings that span across the inside of the playing surface. These strings are hand-wound in the style of master Cajon builder, José "Pepote" Hernández Diaz. Rounded corners and thumb notches on the top of the front plate and resonating body optimize playing comfort and sound. The 9-Ply, 12mm thick Baltic Birch resonating body develops the sound into a full, punchy tone that projects with clarity and warmth. When amplification is needed, inside the Cajon is a Piezo pickup with tone and volume control on the outside. A quarter-inch cable port allows you to send your signal through any amp or PA system.

This Cajon has a rear sound port for refined bass tones and also crisp snare effects, which are caused by the dual internal fixed sets of snares. The three Piezo pickups for snare and bass sound enable easy volume and tone control.

Thanks to the four silicone feet, there’s no unintended vibration but protection on all surfaces. The responsive Dark Olive front plate fits perfectly for all styles of music.
