The MEINL Original African Style Rope Tuned Wood Djembes are carved from one solid piece of plantation grown Mahogany Wood. The Mali-Weave rope tuning system guarantees a proper and long long-lasting tuning of the instrument. The Water Rhythm Series features a carved design evocative of ocean waves, and all djembes come bundled with the Professional Djembe Bag.

Each djembe is a masterpiece, meticulously carved from a single, sustainably sourced piece of plantation-grown mahogany wood. This craftsmanship ensures not only the instrument's durability but also its rich, authentic tone.

The djembe features a distinctive touch - each drum is adorned with a hand-selected goat head. This striking choice not only adds a visual allure but also contributes to the drums' unique tonal qualities.
