Meinl Sonic Energy Cosmos Therapy Series Singing Bowls have been designed to accommodate professional meditation and sound therapy workers. With a bellied design created from additional hammering, these bowls generate a sustained deep tone that will fill a room with ambient sounds.
When softly tapped or rubbed, Sonic Energy singing bowls release a fascinating, multi-layered, and colorful sound that resonates deeply within the soul. Over a rich fundamental tone, entire waterfalls of singing overtones emerge to float freely in space and unfurl inside the body. Once the sound starts vibrating, it won't stop; even a minute later, a soft reverberation can still be felt.
Originating from Tibet, singing bowls have a long-lasting tradition in Buddhism to accompany meditation and chanting. Singing bowls are said to date back up to the 13th-11th centuries BCE.
Singing bowls play a central role in multiple therapeutic approaches such as Reiki therapy or sound healing. We offer you a wide variety of different singing bowls for multiple purposes.
Singing bowls are also one of the most commonly used meditation aids. The pure and natural sounds calm the mind and set the mood for every meditation session.
As a ritual introduction before every session or as a relaxing finale after an exhausting or challenging session, there are no limits to how yoga sessions can benefit from the beautiful sounds of singing bowls.
