The weight on your shoulder. The frustration when adjustments don’t go your way. The fatigue before your first note. Small burdens drummers know, yet rarely voice. Over time, these quiet struggles reduce focus, freedom, and performance.
TAMA created the Spartan series to remove these hidden obstacles and unlock a drummer’s creativity. In the end, this wasn’t just about making a light stand. With Anti-Walk Rubber Feet for stability and a Duo-Lock Boom Tilter for fast, precise setup, the Spartan series beautifully balances portability, strength, and ease. Built with TAMA’s expertise, it’s light to carry, yet strong for any stage.
Specs alone can’t explain it. You have to feel it. It moves with you, holds steady, and stays out of the way―leaving only the music. What do drummers truly seek in a stand? Spartan is our answer: a new standard for a new era of drumming.
The new TAMA series combines ultra-light aluminum construction with robust die-cast zinc and steel elements for maximum stability with minimum weight.
TAMA has developed a new type of rubber tip that maintains contact with the floor even when the stand is lifted slightly, preventing unwanted movement—impressively stable despite its low weight.
