The Bubinga snare features a thinner shell than our standard Starclassic Bubinga drums for a softer and warmer sound. Reducing the shell thickness rounds out Bubinga's massive sound but still demonstrates outstanding rich tone and full resonance. The Grooved Hoop emphasizes its sharp projection and warmth of Bubinga's low-end. A beautiful outer ply of Matte Natural Cordia wood perfectly matches this drum's noble sound.
Warm, natural sound: Bubinga wood provides a full, balanced sound.
Versatile: For jazz, blues, rock and pop.
Master craftsmanship: High-quality workmanship and durability.
Cutting-edge technology: Innovative hardware for optimal sound.
Unique design: Grooved hoops and sound focus rings for a special sound.
